Like most art the interpretation of Fractal Flames is left to the imagination of the viewer. I see splashes of chocolate with diamonds in their centers. What do you see? This poster is available in portfolio, small, large, and huge sizes.

Sci-Fi Fractal Poster
Cool fractal poster with a sci-fi look. Is it a machine from a mad scientist lab? Maybe an observatory, a space station, or an abstract image from a strange dream. It's all up to your imagination. This fractal has many shades of blue and a feel of depth and dimension. The large image used allows printing up to Huge Poster size.

Amazing HDR photography of Mike Savad
Isn't this an amazing picture? What is even more amazing is that it isn't a painting. It is indeed a photograph. Yesterday, by chance, I came across the work of a very talented photographer. Yes I do frequent the Zazzle website. This time, however, I wasn't looking for someone to promote. I was participating in a forum game. It is a picture association game. Find a picture on Zazzle somewhat related to the last one posted. In this case the last one posted was a pond scene. The obvious choice would have been a picture with water. There was also a bucket in the image so that is what I focused on. That is when I came across the amazing HDR Photography of Mike Savad. HDR stands for High Dynamic Range.
Here is a description of HDR from Wikipedia. "In image processing, computer graphics, and photography, high dynamic range imaging (HDRI or just HDR) is a set of techniques that allow a greater dynamic range of luminances between the lightest and darkest areas of an image than standard digital imaging techniques or photographic methods. This wider dynamic range allows HDR images to more accurately represent the wide range of intensity levels found in real scenes, ranging from direct sunlight to faint starlight."
Not everyone uses this method for the same effect. Mike has used this effect to make many photos look like paintings. To me some have a dreamy ethereal appearance. Have I already said awesome? Have a look at some more of Mike Savad's artistry.

Tux Smashes Clock-Anti Daylight Saving Time
Do you like Daylight Saving Time? This Chibi Tux Penguin smashes clock and says You can set it ahead now! Digital clock has smoke rising from it and displays HELP. I made this image last year after my Grandfather told me how much he hated Daylight Saving Time.
The penguin used here is a slightly modified version of this Tux Penguin by Jan Vansteenkiste who released it into the Public Domain.

Partially Colorized Black and White Print
Compass Flower Print by tjustleft
View all the artwork available on zazzle.com
Here was another fun image to create. The colorized Compass Flower is standing out among the others in black and white. A border is added to give a vintage photo effect. Selective colorization was used to create this poster. This was done with Gimp, GNU Image Manipulation Program. The more I use Gimp the more I like it. It's hard to imagine that it's a free program sometimes.
This print is also available as a mousepad. Greeting cards and postcards will be added soon.

3D Christian Poster-Spiritual Battles by James Theopistos
I came across this today on Zazzle and just had to post it. A beautiful 3D rendering of Ephesians 6:10-18. The scene depicts a battle between God's angels and demons. Christ Jesus stands as a shield behind a disciple dressed who is wearing The full armour of God. The Bible verse is printed across the top of the scene.
Ephesians 6:10-18
10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Trekkie Poster
It has come to my attention that there are no posters here. Oops. Actually I was trying to figure out Zazzle's poster sizing first. I didn't want a design that didn't fit the canvas area. This Trekkie Poster is the my first one. Seeing too many HDTV commercials had influence on the design. Pillarboxing (The black stripes on both sides) gives the effect of an older show playing on a widescreen tv. That's what I was going for anyway. Did I succeed? You be the judge.
